United States, July 1, 2015, Imani Faith Publishing announced a new call for submissions to contribute to a future anthology entitled “No Test No Testimony.” This anthology asks writers to submit first-person nonfiction stories about their triumph over tragedy. The editors want to give you an opportunity to tell your truth. How did your experience enhance your life? What did you learn from your tragedy? Did you pay it forward and help someone else?

The editors accept first-person, experiential stories. Stories must uplift and hearten readers to experience the writer’s full range of emotions.

  • Word length should be 4000 words.
  • Payment: $50 per story, plus 5 contributor’s copies.
  • Authors retain the copyright to their stories.
  • Deadline: July 31, 2015.
